Terry landed in Nashville via Los Angeles and has enjoyed a career spanning 30 years. As a recording engineer and mixer for producers including David Foster, Phil Ramone, and George Martin, he eventually teamed up with Michael Omartian. Terry’s list of producer clients has also included Quincy Jones, Arif Mardin and Tony Brown, as well as Prince and Alison Krauss.  In addition to his work on records and CDs, he has contributed to numerous movie soundtracks and has done extensive orchestral work. He has recorded and mixed The Nashville Symphony Orchestra, The Nashville String Machine and The Wormwood Orchestra.  Terry has earned several gold and platinum awards and a 2006 Grammy nomination for “Best Engineered Recording”.  He has been a live event panelist for “Mix” magazine and a contributing writer to “Pro Audio Review” and “Audio Media” magazines.  Additionally, Terry is a voting member of the Recording Academy, a full member of the Audio Engineering Society and an adjunct instructor at Volunteer State College.
